Alex is an award winning filmmaker and video media professional based out of Oakland California. He has recieved acclaim for his DIY ephemeral filmmaking, and ethical approach.

A master in the field, Alex holds an MFA in Broadcasting and Electronic Communication Arts. With a passion for production and process, Alex welcomes collaboration and is eager to meet and support other filmmakers. Along with his wife, acclaimed photographer Amelia Whittlesey, the couple are supporters of the Bay Area arts community and constantly in process of making work in solidarity.
